Microsoft Workflow Foundation is the workflow and business rules engine for Office 12, Sharepoint 2007, future versions of Biztalk. The Workflow Foundation will ship a part of the Vista operating system and will also run on XP, 2003 and Longhorn. It's a nice platform, and I recommend that you take a close look at it to see if it will meet your needs.
