Hmm, I'm pretty sure that's what I did. I do recall loading and unloading a project recently (around the same time this error appeared), so you could try that too.
If I remember correctly (the binary I was getting complaints about was generated from a project that I added/moved to this solution so I had more than a couple binaries with the same name as in the error) I also performed a clean on the solution (both debug and release) and verified that all binaries were gone.
