Can't find that, but my searches led me to fusioninstall.cs which is
shipped with the SDK - I will try that.

Somewhere on the web there's a file called fusion.cs or something like
that.
Someone wrote C# code in there that talks to the fusion api and provides
methods that include one for installing assemblies into the gac.

Is this possible? For me to be able to use a file in the GAC I need my
auto-update code to be able to update it as well, therefore my program
needs to be able to install apps in the GAC.

I presume I can call Gacutil from within my code, but wondered if there
was a better way?
