Eddie, I'm not an MSMQ guru, but the following links seem promising:

I have two computers that are part of different domains. I am trying to send MSMQ messages from one to the other. I get an exception that tells me the Message Queue does not exist. This is not true because I have created it so I believe it's more of an issue where I don't see it. The net admin has established some trust relationships between these machines to the point where I can ping one machine from the other and I can even connect to its C drive by running this command: "\\IP_ADDRESS_OF_THE_OTHER_MACHINE\C$". Does anyone have any idea what else I should be trying? Is there a test that I can perform to understand what is going on? When I try to send the message, I specify the message queue like this "IP_ADDRESS_OF_THE_OTHER_MACHINE\NAME_OF_THE_QUEUE". If the machines are on the same domain, this works, but it doesn't when the machines ar eon different domains. Any help and/or suggestion will be highly appreciated, Eddie -------------------------------------------------------------------- myhosting.com - Premium Microsoft(r) Windows(r) and Linux web and application hosting - http://link.myhosting.com/myhosting =================================== This list is hosted by DevelopMentor(r) http://www.develop.com View archives and manage your subscription(s) at http://discuss.develop.com
