Hmm, so there is a large variety of # of versions of .NET 2.0 on the boxes:
Vista machine: 2.0.50727.312 (doesn't work) XP x32 machine: 2.0.50727.832 (doesn't work) 2003 x32 machine: 2.0.50727.832 (doesn't work) 2003 x32 machine: 2.0.50727.1378 (does work) For those for whom this works, what build version of .NET 2.0 are you running? I think the one thing we've isolated as being unique to the machine that runs it is that we've installed the June CTP of Orcas on it. None of the other machines have that. I wonder if the .NET 3.5 installer w/ Orcas installs some kind of .NET 2.0 patch? If so, then it would appear this is a genuine .NET platform bug that can't be worked around. :( On 7/23/07, Brad Wilson <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:
We're using VS2005 and targeting 2.0, so yes, all the machines have 2.0installed (required for VS2005).
