Thanks! I'm closer to a solution but the expression that you reworked behaves in a similar way to the one I susequently posted. Meaning. Using .net's RegEx class it appears to match properly. Using the IE browser and JavaScript via http://www.regular-expressions.info/javascriptexample.html or the RegularExpression validator it does not appear to function as expected.
