I am in charge of helping other companies integrate with our web services.

HTTP GET is easy, I just send them a URL with all the parameters and tell
them to paste it into their browser to prove our side is functioning.  If
they are still having issues I can search the IIS logs to email them the
request they are sending and point out the error.

What can be done with POST?  Is there a way I can view this info in
production, or setup a trace to a file without affecting production speeds?
