Perhaps I'm not looking at the right thing then.  Hehehe.  It wouldn't be
the first time.
If you open up your Server Explorer and then click the "Connect to Database"
button located at the top of the window.
It brings up an "Add Connection" dialog.  That's the dialog that I'm looking
for.
