Howdy all,
We have found that running javaw.exe on Windows 2000 gives
different results than running java.exe when dealing with
rubber-banding. What we see when running javaw.exe is that
the rubber-banding does not appear to work and flashes a lot.
With other versions of windows we do not see this and with java.exe
we do not see this.
I've attached a sample code to show this. Has anyone seen this
and does anyone have an explanation and/or workaround for this?
