Hi
Problem with centering of data in a shape - Java
2D - jdk 1.3
At present i have a small requiement - which i am
unable to satisy - The figure attached clearly outlines the
difficulty.
I have a venn diagram - totally seven shapes are
there. [made out of three cirlces using area add, intersect and
subtract]
it can be seen each shape is of different color.
I need to find out the centre for each shape.
As of now i am finding the Bounds of each shape and then the cente of each
shape and displaying the numbers as shown in the figure as per the given
attachment.
But i have to display them in the centre of the
shapes and not in the centre of the bounds.
I would very greatful - if any one could give me a
lead as to how i can place the numbers in the centre of the areas in a tasteful
manner.
I am doing it in Java 1.3. using 2D
API.
Badly need help on this !!!
