Anyone get this coarse flashing/redraw when you drag large (J2 1.3.1 SDK) Swing windows around the screen with W2K?
I have the W2K "show window contents when dragging" enabled. When I drag, I get this flashing of the Swing apps that appear to be about 1/2 to 1/4 sec in duration.
