I have a frame with 2 panels. The top panel is a table. The bottom panel is a
navigation tool. Input in the navigation panel is reflected on the table in the top
panel. How do I programmatically move the selected cell?

Examples of bottom panel behavior.

1) Enter 2 for row & 3 for col, select Go and go to the 2nd row and 3rd column. Focus
would be set to the indicated column.
2) Select arrow key and move one cell in the indicated direction. Focus would be set
to the indicated column.

Thanks in advance.
