tried VCLSkin, if so then can you please check Print Dialog>Properties windows,
its sort of half themed half n half naked :-s

Try rebuilding the controls but delete all the temp files that are generated.
Sometimes delphi goes crazy and gets them i guess.
Rebuilding helped me a few times.
