Looks like your dfm file was modified (manually? did you changed your dfm
file?)
OR
Maybe you copied and paste some portion of code from one unit to another, and
probably you copied a {$R....} directive
Check all your resource files, and be sure that all of them are included only
once. If the error persists, you should generate again your dfm file (copying
and pasting all the VCL components in a new form).
