Heck yes!

Vista represents some fundamental changes in the way operating systems work.

Deploying applications may now have a virtual component
(Grid-somethingorother), and I believe automated deployments (where we used to
use Ghost and Sysprep) have changed dramatically, too.

My loss of faith in Vista came when I downloaded one of the RCs before Vista
became final.

I went to download a new driver, and it took me like 30-45 minutes of digging
through menus until I actually found the file I just downloaded.

For me, a dedicated systems engineer, Vista is all just candy-coated

+0000Subject: [advanced_delphi] Deployment on Windows Vista

I have been unable to conduct any beta testing on operating systems other than
windows xp. There has been one complaint from a user with Vista. Are there any
serious deployment issues that need to be taken care of in going from XP to
Vista? Appreciate it if anyone can volunteer to do the beta test on this and
also any information on any deployment issues.Thanx-in-AdvanceAnu Rang,
