[advanced_delphi] saving attachment with microsoft outlook 2003

Hi, i have a problem with MS Outook 2003, i want to automate saving my 
attachments to a folder, but i don't know what component can i use for that. 
Can anyone tell me the solution? I'm newbie with delphi 7.
