This is more of a software engineering question. I used to use a voip pc-to-phone client on my PC. This stopped working and I get a error message everytime I try to open it. The error message goes as follows "Critical error 3,0. Unable to start the core engine" I have tried many things to fix the problem including total uninstall registry clean and reinstall. I even tried to reinstall some of the service packs for Windows XP. I have also deleted the subfolders of Microsoft Crypto directory to regenerate the machine keys. Still unable to get it working. If anyone else had a similar mishap and can shed more light on the issue, I would appreciate it so much.
