Thanks Tom, I already had GExperts installed so I tried it. It works.

The cool thing about the other one though, was a single key to to toggle 
comments. If you have two blocks of code, one commented and the other 
not, you can switch between them by marking both blocks and then hit 
ctrl-alt-/.

Also, it left the block marked !

I will still look for the other one.
