hey ...

Here is a listing of the users and roles in Advocacy:

Website Roles:
https://auth.opensolaris.org/info/collectiveUsers.action?collectiveId=311

Governance Roles:
https://auth.opensolaris.org/info/collectiveUsers.action?collectiveId=312

For a brief explanation of the roles, go here:
http://hub.opensolaris.org/bin/view/Community+Group+web/transition-roles-collectives

Basically, Leaders and Affiliates can edit web pages. And we have a lot
of them. :) That`s the important part.

The Projects that are sponsored by Advocacy are here:
https://auth.opensolaris.org/info/collectiveCollectives.action?collectiveId=311

Note that the OSUGs are not listed in the Projects that Advocacy
sponsors because the Constitution does not mention User Groups. Also, we
have moved the UGs into their own Collective now and they are listed in
the system here:

https://auth.opensolaris.org/info/listCollectives.action?collectiveTypeId=5

For the sake of consistency, we have continued the informal relationship
between Advocacy and the OSUGs in that you have to propose new UGs here
on advocacy-discuss.

If you drill down into each UG on that table you can see the
Participants and Leaders and Affiliates and such.

The screens I am pointing you to are just preliminary. They live on
Auth, and we will put links on XWiki in each Collective pointing to the
info screens on Auth. More to come, but we are making progress.

Jim
