If so, I can list you on the OSUG Leaders grid. That's what we do for the Japanese group. They have a portal, but they are a big group so they also have a g11n mailing list and an osug mailing list and both are quite active. But in their case, they don't need an XWiki space for their UG on the site since they use their portal space instead. I'm happy to talk with you off list about how we can accommodate you in the best way since there is some overlap between the portals and the user groups. > 2.
