I seem to remember this discussion coming up on the list some time ago, but not any specific statements. Or I could be wrong, in which case if you point me somewhere I'll go and shut up. I'd like to write the policy for my company regarding the distribution of perl modules written originally for the organization. We have a few developers who've expressed interest in doing so and I support them 100%. I could probably argue my case with the grownups, but I'd like to have a specific, internal policy to hand them for review. It'll impress them.
