Last time I checked it was Perl (26%), JSP (25%) and C/C++ (18%) - but to answer the 
original question of C/C++ I know of a company in Aarhus, Denmark, that is at present 
converting their entire web product range from ASP to C++... Apparently some think 
this is feasible.
