Wow!!!  I'm impressed.  You guys sure make the money go far.  What a
bargain.  I figured it would take that to keep *one* Damian-level
person going.  But two!  Good job.  Hope they have other ways to
leverage $60K each into some *premium* billables.  From what I've seen
of Damian, it's deserved.

Just to put it into perspective, I'd like to see what most businesses
can do with $175K.  Who out there has input into IT department
budgets?  What is the *loaded* (i.e. everything, all costs:
computers, vacation, rent, insurance, 401k, salary, taxes, etc.)
bottom line cost of a medium-to-high level Perl programmer?  I'll bet
you can't get more than 1 of 'em for $175K.  And I'm sure you can't
get the far-above-high level programmer for that.  Please post the
number so that we can keep in mind what a value this money provides.
