I think I can respond to that too ;) this is a change recently made by google (last week, if I'm well) and so, like in the all-time adwords api history, we'll can get to the new features once the future api version will be released... So I think we could get to the FirstPageBid and the QualityScore measurement (scaled from 1 to 10 instead of Poor/Ok/Good/Excellent like today) in api v13 But I'd like some confirmation from the API team too ;)
