Hello Jeremy, If you're going against the Sandbox environment, could you confirm that you actually have campaigns, ad groups, and keywords with CPC bidding set up in the specific Sandbox account against which you're running the report? I'm not able to reproduce the issue when I run the same report definition against a test Sandbox account that has an account structure already set up.
