Hello David, There isn't any way of changing the first day of the week for Weekly reports scheduled with the AdWords API. But, if you're looking for a report whose weeks start on Monday you're in luck, as that's the hardcoded first day of the week. If you request a start date for the report that isn't a Monday you'll get a partial week for the first week and then a full week starting the following Monday.
