this is Total Content Targeting, and this is what you should see if you look in your reports. To recognize this special indicator, Google named it Total Content Targeting and gives an special id 3000000. This is because in content-targeted campaigns you don't have keywords stats but only for the global adgroup, this is why they did that, I think.
FYI there is another one : 30000004 (sorry I'm not sure about the number of 0 ;)) with is Total Auto Keywords, wich are more or less keywords that weren't supposed to make impressions and Google gave them a chance and magically, they did. It's a bit tricky but I think it could be compared to the famous extended search "feature" that gave insomnias to our best keywords managers :) Maybe there are more but I didn't met them.
