Hi there, We encountered what seems to be a bug in the API with 2 new accounts. They were created through the adwords official website and when we tried to synchronise them with our internal DB by using the API, the account had an empty description name.
We are using the adwords java api 2.1 and using the method : accountservice.getAccountInfo().getDescriptiveName() which works for all other accounts that we retrieve from our account list. Only those 2 have no labels in the API : - account 784-069-7976 - account 920-321-5976 All other accounts information are retrieved correctly.
