Hello Hariharan, I'm not sure what you're looking to do--there really isn't any direct functionality in the AdWords API to control conversion tracking. You can in general use the adwords4r library to call any of the methods documented in our developer's guide:
http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/developer/ but the functionality ends there.
