Hello, I'm not seeing that behavior in some test calls to getKeywordVariations() that I just made.
Could you please provide more details regarding the request and response to illustrate the problem? It would be ideal if you could provide the value of the requestId header in the SOAP response you're receiving, as I could look up your request in our logs. Otherwise, please provide the text of the SOAP request and (partial, if it's large) response, with your password and token information X-ed out.
