Hello, AdWords supports a limited form of keyword insertion that can replace specific placeholders in a text ad with the keyword used to trigger the ad. That sounds similar to what you're trying to do.
There's a Help Center tutorial on how this works: http://adwords.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=74996 and you can create ads with these placeholders using the AdWords API like you would any other text ad.
