Hello,

AdWords supports a limited form of keyword insertion that can replace
specific placeholders in a text ad with the keyword used to trigger
the ad. That sounds similar to what you're trying to do.

There's a Help Center tutorial on how this works:

  http://adwords.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=74996

and you can create ads with these placeholders using the AdWords API
like you would any other text ad.

Cheers,
-Jeff Posnick, AdWords API Team
