Hello for some reason, API requests for the account info via the function getAccountInfo sometimes fail to return the timezone id info. (Note that when the happens the corresponding xml tags are also missing). All the other parameters seem to be being returned as expected. Can anyone please tell me a) why this is happening? b) is there anything i can do to get the timezone info? and c) failing that, is there any surefire way of deducing the timezone from the other parameters? I suspect i can use the currency but don't know if this is 100% safe
One thing that's crossed my mind is that the parameter isn't defined in the first place, but I'd imagine this parameter has to be explicitly defined for the account to work in the first place. Does anyone know any different?
