Hello Dustin,

 Could you uncomment the

  # SOAP::Lite->import(+trace => 'debug');

line in the sample code to turn on SOAP logging, and then let me know
the value of the requestId SOAP response header associated with that
SOAP fault? I should be able to determine what you're passing in as
the Developer token and why you might be seeing that error if I have
that information.
