Hello Rashmi,

 I'd imagine that your report in question is larger than the amount of
memory PHP has access to, and APIlity's attempt to parse it in-memory
is failing. Finding a way to increase the amount of memory that the
XML parsing library PHP is using has access to, or simply requesting a
smaller report might help.

 Someone else on this forum might have some ideas for you, but it's
best to ask this sort of question in the Google Group dedicated to
APIlity support:
