Hello KVRVR, Could you try the following? Leave out the clientEmail SOAP request header entirely. Instead, set the crossClient attribute in the DefinedReportJob object to "true", and optionally set the clientEmails property of the DefinedReportJob object (which is NOT the same as the clientEmail SOAP request header) to an array of one or more strings containing client emails.
Does that work for you?
