Hello Yuri,

 As per the note at the top of the Structure Report documentation
(http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/developer/
adwords_api_report_structure.html), Structure Reports are available
only for non-MCC accounts. You need to run them individually from the
context of each sub-account in an MCC rather than using a cross-client
report specification like you can with other report types. Apologies
for the inconvenience.
