Hello, I'm an employee for a SEO company that is interested in building a google adword application using the API. As one of the software engineers I'm responsible for developing this application. However while doing research into the possibilities of using the API I noticed that it is not possible to create accounts via the v13 API. After looking into this for a bit I found a topic on this discussion group that claims that it IS possible to create accounts via the API, but that this functionality is only available to developers who are participating in the AdWords Reseller Program.
The link the person who said this provides did not work for me. So I searched around via google search to see what I could find about the AdWords Reseller Program, but the only thing I could find were companies that are Resellers, and no information by google itself about this topic. I did find something about the Adwords Professional Program, is this the same thing? and if so, can I by participating gain access to the option to create accounts via an extended API?
