Hello Jeff, Thanks for the suggestions, I've tried them and I'm getting results back from production.
It appears the maxCpc was indeed to low, I tried 1000000 (1 dollar) and got back results. I actually hadn't caught I was sending the same keyword, it was a bug in the code, but since the sandbox was returning different values for the request I hadn't caught it, but I have since corrected it. Thanks for your help on this issue.
