Jeff, thanks for your reply. Once again the post you linked to talks about Keyword report, not Creative report. Keyword report documentation explicitly states that those 3 columns can have any given version of the name (without actually saying in which case which name is expected). Are you saying that the same is true regarding Creative reports?
