Hello Nathan, If you're using the CriterionService's getCriterionStats() method then the answer is no--you can't ask the API to filter out the criteria that don't have impressions. You'd have to do that in your code yourself.
If you run a Keyword report using the ReportService, and you set DefinedReportJob.includeZeroImpression to 'false' (or just leave it out) then your report will only include rows for keywords which received at least one impression in the date range you specify.
