G'day, Keeping in mind that most of your customers (if not all) will be coming from Australia, and that most of THOSE customers will be searching on google.com.au, and that many of THOSE will be displaying only pages from Australia, then the .com.au domain name would be your best bet.
As for your business name in your domain name, this is a very good approach for a number of reasons. I won't go into them here. Also try to get your website hosted on an Australian web host.
