Hello All, The Sandbox DB is active again, and you should see most of your Sandbox requests (either v13 or the new v200902) go through.
However, there does appear to be a lingering issue with creating criteria in the Sandbox that I've asked the core engineering team to investigate further. I'll post again when that's resolved.
