AdWords API Video Ads - PROD - Neglected MimeType & Opening Image-Name

Hello Jeff,

There is a new issue concerning the video ads. the first was detected
last year concerning the omitted Opening imageName.

now the MimeType (is NULL) is also unreturned by the API 's GetAllAds
method.
