Hi Jeff / Adwords API team Following up on JC's previous question, I would really like to get a better understanding of the terms and conditions and definitions set out for the v2009 API ( http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/terms.html ).
- What is the definition of a "3rd party client"? Is this any program which makes ANY API calls in order to invoke some action(s) on Adwords, or does it mean a fully fledged replacement front end for the adwords service? - The required minimum functionality list for 3rd party clients ( http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/requirements.html ) includes portions of Adwords which we do not need/want in our app (eg mobile ads etc). Is there a way we can adhere to the T&Cs without having to recreate the entire adwords front end? - Are these T&Cs only on the v2009 API, or are they retroactively applied to the v13 and older APIs as well? If this is not the right place to ask, can you please direct us to where we should be asking these more business orientated questions?
