I discovered the answer. I hope this helps others. If you set IncludeZeroImpression to true, you must include the Impressions column in your SelectedColumns. Otherwise, you get the vague "one or more report job parameters is invalid". A waste of at least 10 hours of my time - hopefully this will save your time.
