Without trying to be insulting, I think if you do not know how to
execute a simple java command, then I would suggest that using the API
or client library is going to be out of your depth. This is more of a
question for a beginner's Java forum than this API list.

If you are looking to get into programming, then a course / books /
online tutorials would be a good place to start for the basics before
trying to bite off a project using java and webservices.
