This is an adWords question, not an API one, but here is the info: The published limit on campaigns is 25 per account. If you call your Google Rep is can be bumped to 100 on a case by case basis I believe that the limit on adGroups is 2500 per campaign. Not as sure about the keyword limit, but I seem to remember it being 50,000 per adGroup -reed
