Hello, If you're looking to get started using the AdWords API, I'd recommend first reading our Developer's Guide. There's a Spanish-language version at
http://code.google.com/intl/es/apis/adwords/docs/developer/ You can use any of those languages that you mention (well, there's no client library for ASP classic).
