Hello Harutyun, I'm not sure whether you're asking about v13 or v2009 of the AdWords API, but the answer is basically the same for both. In a single SOAP request, you can only update one or more of a single type of object. So you can only update one or more campaigns in a single SOAP request, and you can't update both a campaign and an ad group in the same SOAP request.
