Hi Adi, Unfortunately it is not possible to change this value using the v13 API, but it is possible using the new v2009 API. The Budget object has a field called deliveryMethod for this purpose: http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/v2009/docs/reference/CampaignService.Budget.html#deliveryMethod. If you haven'y already signed up to be a part of the v2009 Beta program you can do so here: http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/v2009/docs/signup.html.
